Healthy Person



A healthy person is who doesn’t have diseases, consume drugs, smoke or drink alcohol.This kind of persons often work out as go jogging, play soccer go swimming, do aerobics and take vitamins.
You can become a healthy person just trying to follow my advices:
• Try to sleep about 8 or 10 hours a day no more! With this you are going to be alert.
• Eat fruit and vegetables because are very important they give energy to your body.
• Try to drink 10 glasses of water every day it keeps you with energy.
• Stretch 10 minutes each day it does you feels great, it helps you feel without stress.
• Run or jog at least twice a week 15 minutes are enough to keep pulmonary condition and your muscles are going to be strong.
• Do something that you like as play soccer, jump, run, sing read a book, and enjoy your life like ever.
• visit your doctor at least twice a year.
Some advantages are the exercise helps you fight off diseases, another benefit is getting vitamins and you’re going to look a great shape. With these advices you are going to be a very healthy person… See you soon!
